About the Project
Proline was tasked with delivering a complete steelwork detailing and fabrication package for this 90-tonne apartment development on Longmoor Lane, Liverpool, a project that brought over 40 high-quality homes to the area.
Scope of Work
We handled all detailing and fabrication drawings in-house, coordinating with the main contractor Torus to ensure the package aligned with their construction programme and erection sequence.
Challenges & Solutions
Due to tight site constraints, careful scheduling was essential. Our detailing and delivery timelines were planned to fall precisely in line with the planned erection sequence. The project also involved connections carrying significant loadings, which required close attention to engineering detail and accuracy throughout.
Outcome
The result was a highly coordinated fabrication package that supported smooth on-site assembly, contributing to one of our proudest large-scale residential steelwork deliveries to date.
